About the RoleAs a Web Designer you will be an integral part of the Digital Media team at JPMS. You will collaborate with peers and stakeholders to develop/execute scalable front-end solutions that best enhance our customer-experience. The Web Designer will assist in the implementation and ongoing support efforts in the execution of digital projects while adhering to our brand guidelines and reinforcing our company identity. Additionally, the Web Designer will collaborate with the digital marketing and Amazon teams to develop visually engaging assets that drive engagement and conversion on the Amazon platform.

What You'll Need:Skills:Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, digital and web softwareWorking knowledge of HTML/CSS and driven to build robust user experiencesWorking knowledge of UX/UI best practices to provide strategic recommendations to Creative teams and ensure seamless executionWorking knowledge of Amazon's guidelines and best practices for EBC and A++ content, ensuring compliance and optimization.Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and brandingWorking knowledge of accessibility + SEO best practicesProactive, creative thinker; able to work independently and take ownership to produce measurable resultsDetail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent organizational skills with design files as well as great attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and qualityEducation :High school diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design or other related field preferredExperience :3 years' experience in a web designer role1 years' experience working within Magento 2 environment1 years' experience in building + maintaining Amazon Storefront(s) using A++ ContentBeauty industry experience preferredCompetitive Compensation:The expected

hourly range

for this position is $31.25-$36.06/hour. The exact hourly rate is determined by various factors including geographic location, experience, skills, and education.Discretionary Bonus Plan:
