OLI Outdoor, a leading outdoor construction company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Director to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our overall digital marketing strategy to drive online visibility, website traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our digital presence and execute effective marketing campaigns.Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and generate leads.Create and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Manage and optimize the company's website, ensuring user-friendly design, engaging content, and effective lead capture.Analyze digital marketing data and metrics to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content marketing strategies, creating engaging and impactful content for various platforms.Monitor and manage the company's online reputation, responding to customer reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand image.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital marketing, providing recommendations for new tools, tactics, and strategies.Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and vendors, evaluating and selecting the most suitable partners.Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, providing guidance and support to drive their professional growth.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Director or similar leadership role, with at least 7 years of digital marketing experience.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, and best practices.Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media management tools, and CRM software.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience in the construction or outdoor industry is desirable.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and priorities.
