We're passionate about building a company as diverse and creative as the millions of people Notion reaches worldwide.Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).About the role:As a Growth Marketing Manager on the B2B Growth team, your mandate will be to drive top of funnel and new customer growth of Notion’s priority B2B segments. You’ll develop growth strategies and lead initiatives by working with cross-functional teams across the company. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic thinking, analytical rigor, stakeholder management and be able to understand and advocate for the self-serve customer journey, pain points and motivations. Ultimately, you will be responsible for driving Notion’s revenue growth by building, refining, and scaling a B2B-focused growth marketing portfolio that includes but is not limited to Partnerships, Affiliates, and other paid programs.What you’ll achieve:Drive concrete, attributable, scaled impact: You will design and own net new programs and levers to drive incremental revenue to Notion’s business. You’ll focus on building systematic growth loops to drive scaled top of funnel acquisition of our most valuable B2B customer segments.Cross-functional leadership of initiatives: You’ll work across Marketing, Product, Data Science, Engineering, Business Development, international teams, and more to design, build, and launch growth initiatives. This will span across funnel optimization, channel and program launches, partnership activations, and more.Ownership and accountability of marketing spend: You’ll be responsible for driving positive ROI for B2B focused marketing activations. This will include planning, allocating, and optimizing budget against highest returning activities and channels globally.Champion customer segment insights: You’ll leverage qualitative and quantitative research to become a defacto expert on our most valuable customer segments. This will help inform our overall growth and partnership strategy across teams and products.Skills you’ll need to bring:Proven success in executing acquisition strategies across a variety of growth marketing channels and ideally specialization in 2 of the following channels: Affiliates, Partnerships, Referrals, or Influencers.Deep experience collaborating cross-functionally with a diverse set of partners and teams. Others admire your work and trust you to drive initiatives forward. Your cross-team communication is proactive, efficient, and consistent.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of inspiring teams with a clear and shared vision of success.A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data to inform decisions, measure impact, and drive channel and program improvements.An entrepreneurial and high-ownership mindset. You are comfortable handling ambiguity and rolling up your sleeves to own work streams from end-to-end.Obsession with learning about the customer, whether it’s via adhoc interviews, feedback, or research sprints to better understand pain points and needs.A bias towards action. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below.
