Senior Content Creator & Social Media Manager

As a Senior Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating, scaling, and managing our organic social content & influencer strategy. You have experience creating product centric (not limited but inclusive of) content for platforms such as Tiktok & IG. You have a proven track record of building communities and driving repeat viewership. You understand the social economy and are passionate about creating engaging content. You are able to create content independently while also working closely with the marketing & creative teams as needed. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the social media landscape (Tiktok, IG, Pinterest, Youtube, etc.), is highly creative, and has a passion for cultural trends, storytelling and innovation.

This role is local to SF and requires coming into our studio at least once a week.

Key Responsibilities
    • Create, curate, and manage social first content (video, image, copy) across social media platforms such as Tiktok, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube and others. Should be very familiar with editing software (Capcut, Inshot, etc..)
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals and overall brand strategy.
    • Identify, reach out to, and contract with content creators & influencers and brand advocates in order to efficiently manage the content creator/influencer budgets.
    • Monitor and respond to customer interactions, fostering a positive community and establishing our social brand voice.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity.
    • Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize performance and inform future strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
    • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Proactively pitch compelling stories to creative teams to maximize brand impact socially & culturally.


Qualifications
    • 6-8 years of proven experience creating content for & scaling Tiktok communities
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
    • Experience, passion and a love for content creation
    • Experience, passion and a love for influencer marketing
    • Experience, passion and a love for building content and community through social
    • Expansive knowledge of the creator economy on all platforms
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills


$117,000 - $141,000 a year
