In this role, you will oversee the production of unique and engaging content, in alignment with our clients' needs and our brand strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading and guiding the creative writing team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, engaging content.
- Working closely with clients and project managers to gather content requirements and create content strategies.
- Writing, reviewing and editing content to ensure it meets client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Training and mentoring team members to further develop their creative writing skills.
- Collaborating with the design team to ensure that the visual elements complement the written content.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising or related field.
- Proven experience as an ACD (Associate Creative Director) Copywriter or similar role.
- Experience in team leadership and management.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.
- Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to think conceptually.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Understanding of SEO concepts.
- Experience in digital advertising and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of design software like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
