If you're excited about driving digital marketing success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, check out Walmart Commerce Technologies at .What you'll do:You will make an impact in 4 highly critical areas: Digital Strategy Development and Execution Create and implement multi-channel digital marketing plans  Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness  Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI Work closely with product, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive strategy execution Build and manage website content and product pages to effectively market Campaign Management & Lead Generation Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. social media, email, etc). Create and execute on campaigns to drive lead generation and pipeline progression Implement A/B tests to optimize campaigns and improve performance. Ensure seamless integration of campaigns across different digital channels. Regularly review campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. SEO and SEM Management Collaborate with marketing, product and design to create impactful digital content that drives lead generation Conduct keyword research to guide content and campaign strategies. Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings. Oversee pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking. Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly. Analytics and Reporting Gather and analyze data from various digital marketing channels to assess performance. Prepare and present regular reports on key metrics and  Create, maintain, and update marketing dashboards for real-time performance tracking. Calculate the return on investment (ROI) for different marketing initiatives to assess effectiveness. What you'll bring:8+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies in a B2B or technology environment. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing dynamics, including the latest trends and technologies. Expertise in managing and optimizing digital campaigns, including proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and other teams to drive product success. Familiarity with digital marketing automation platforms (HubSpot a plus), CRM systems, and other digital marketing technology tools. Willingness to travel for events, customer meetings, and team collaboration, as needed. About Walmart Global TechImagine working in an environment where one line of code can make life easier for hundreds of millions of people.
