Boeing Global Services is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Leader to join our dynamic Cabin, Modifications and Maintenance marketing team. As an integral part of our team, you will lead our Avionics portfolio marketing strategy and execution.Position Responsibilities:Go-to-Market Strategy:

Build comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for product line(s) in partnership with the business unit & marcom team.Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

Sales Enablement:

Support active sales campaigns, conveying persuasive product stories using marketing intelligence and clearly differentiating the Boeing product from the competition.Create, manage and present the physical & digital product marketing collateral.Deploy training and thought leadership for portfolio.

Market Engagement:

Represent the company at industry events and customer engagements, interfacing directly with external stakeholders as a product expert and developing market-based leads.Shape products communication, product positioning & media strategy in coordination with Boeing Communications and the MARCOM team.

Leadership & Communication:

Lead a team of subject matter experts to develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication plans.Present insights and recommendations to senior executives and C-suite leaders, influencing key business decisions and strategic direction.

Innovation & Growth:

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.Proven experience in avionics product line.Demonstrated experience in marketing planning, strategy, and execution.Strong skills in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating large volumes of information with precision and attention to detail.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences, including executives.Self-starter that is assertive, organized, collaborative and possesses a high degree of self-confidence and intellectual curiosity.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):5 or more years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Master’s degree in a related field.Proven track record of working closely with sales teams and product marketers to shape strategic initiatives.Typical Education/ Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Shift: 1At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
