The Marketing Manager, Valve Nurse Leadership Program, will be responsible for the design, deployment and execution of marketing programs that educates, engage and connect TAVI nurses in European hospitals, more specifically focused on Valve Coordination. He/she will map the needs and opportunities at EU level, develop tools and educational content, drive the execution and follow-up on it for multiple EU countries. This person will work externally in strong partnership with nurse KOLs, leading interventional cardiologists, societies,…. and internally with country business and marketing teams and other EU support functions. This role will require a strong valve nursing background to deploy the educational programs towards customers, being the direct interface to customers.

Essential job functions

Develop the strategy & tactics for the program in European markets together with the faculty.

Develop and leverage scientific evidences to support the program in collaboration with Scientific Communication

Communicate, deploy and localize the programs towards TAVI nurses for disseminations in EU hospitals and country events

Work with internal/external stakeholders to design messages, materials and channel.

Work with local management teams and EU support functions to deploy the program in European countries

Required skills

Bachelor degree with 10+ yrs or Master's degree with 5-10 yrs experience in a leading cardiovascular nursing role, in healthcare/hospitals, pharma industry or in medical devices.

Experience in education, project management and/or marketing/ sales

Expertise in cardiovascular nursing around hospital processes, patient pathways and treatment models improvement impacting in-/out hospital stakeholders practices and resources

Experience in developing and deploying multi-stakeholder programs impacting hospitals or healthcare institutions

Ability to understand, interpret and manage clinical and economic data from both presentations and publications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including healthcare professional, sales & marketing leadership

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Possesses good organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong individual contributor. Speaks up when important information or questions must be raised and takes action when issues must be addressed

Travel requirements: Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%
