The Marketing Technology Solutions Senior Manager for Public Sector drives the creation and delivery of unique market positioning and sales enablement for our Public Sector portfolio of solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience in the Public Sector space along with a passion for technology, a life-long approach to learning, and a collaborative nature that works with multiple resources to identify and develop valuable customer outcomes from highly technical inputs.The Marketing Technology Solutions Senior Manager is expected to be the subject matter expert in GTM strategy, product launches and ABM campaigns, including demonstrating expertise of market trends that drive Public Sector buying decisions. The candidate will leverage their understanding of the customer, market and product portfolio to craft unique go-to-market messaging, produce sales training and collaterals.This is a highly visible role across the organization that will require collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product Management and Product Development, Marketing Communications (lead-gen campaigns), Corporate Communications, Sales Enablement and Training, Analyst Relations, as well as the Commercial Enablement.To meet these requirements, the candidate must first have an expert level understanding of networking technology within the Public Sector industry. Second, they must be familiar with messaging the value of these solutions to multiple tiers of decision makers. And finally, they must possess communication channel experience to create and package marketing messages targeting a variety of customer and prospect personas.Location

This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the US.The Main Responsibilities

Define, prioritize, and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for public sector products.Develop product positioning, value proposition and messaging that differentiates our product to our key target audiences in support of Public Sector ABM campaigns.Plan the go-to-market launch strategy for new products, new integrations, and feature releases, and manage all cross-functional product marketing efforts.Collaborate with sales, development, partnerships, and success to ensure the feedback from our customers is documented and included in the product roadmap and development plan.Provide development teams with direction and content messaging within the Networking Portfolio.Develop written & video product assets and provide subject matter expertise for all marketing campaigns and efforts.Communicate the value proposition of the products to our sales team and work with the design team to develop the sales materials/tools that support the selling process of our products.Find ways to creatively surface and automate the promotion of product-related revenue drivers.Must be willing to travel and attend in-person tradeshows with customers occasionally.This is a key product marketing role and requires a self-starter with strong experience in organization, communication and execution of marketing needs. Bachelor's degree.10+ years professional work experience.8+ years in a product marketing or product management role, or equivalent experience.Recent Public Sector Product Management or Product Marketing experience is required.Prior experience working within a large, global organization.Experience in planning and actioning multiple, complex marketing programs including budget management.Demonstrated ability as a product or technology advocate, with the ability to collaborate with engineering and marketing teams.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Agile, humble, trustworthy, and a team player.Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Passion for marketing simple and intuitive products that solve complex problems.Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.Location Based Pay Ranges$111480 - $148630
