Creative Director
is the Museum’s lead designer, brand steward, marketing strategist and expert in visual communication. This role requires the ability to articulate a creative vision, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to effectively deploy marketing and design solutions to ensure cohesive, impactful, and persuasive communication and experiences.Mingei’s Creative Director should be a champion for human-centered design across all Museum initiatives, guiding design efforts to meet the needs and preferences of diverse audiences.The position is a full-time, in-person, exempt position, typically working Monday - Friday, with a pay range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year.
