This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness and engagement through strategic event planning and execution.

This position is full time hybrid at our headquarters location in Santa Clara .What You’ll DoCreate and manage project plans for various marketing and event activitiesOrganize marketing activities to promote eventsManage event schedule and coordinate resources and travel required for eventsReceive and respond to questions and concerns from event attendeesCreate new events and manage activities for eventsDevelop and implement policies, procedures, and staff trainingCoordinate and plan logistics for eventsManage event schedule and coordinate travelOrganize and order necessary marketing materials for eventsTrack and report on event spending and budgetingCross-department collaboration between accounting, application, marketing, and productionAssist sales, marketing, production, accounting, and application teams with projects as directedSkills and Abilities RequiredAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standardsAbility to travel by car and plane for events as needed.Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Sitting, standing, bending, and reaching.Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone.Minimum Education and Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field1-2 years of experience working, planning or managing eventsGood organizational skills and high attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood work ethic and time managementSkill with word processing and spreadsheet applicationsStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical and critical thinking
