InformaticsMarketing Lead, Global Marketing

and you will be part of transforming our Global Marketing Organization into a best-in-class function within the IVD industry. This is an individual contributor Director level role.Your role:Product Lifecycle Ownership (End to End):As the marketing lead for Informatics (Core Labs) you will be responsible for product strategy, innovation, product launch (go-to-market), and sunset/transition with regards to current portfolio. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of informatics to identify areas of growth and input into strategic planning process.Customer and Market Insights:Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in laboratory informatics and provide recommendations for incorporating new technologies and processes into our solution. Build user groups and serve as the expert and voice for our key customer stakeholders (laboratorians, hospital administration, IT, reference labs etc.) building keen insights and understanding to contribute to the overall CLS business strategy.Product Definition:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Services, Operations, and R&D, to develop and execute strategic plans for the laboratory informatics practice. Ensure that appropriate Customer Requirements/Design Inputs are crafted to guide the development team. Utilize market research; customer input; zone input; and other means to ensure profitable and differentiated products are delivered to market.Competitive Selling Strategies:Thoroughly understand competitive offerings and provide commercial organizations with appropriate positioning and tools to differentiate product(s) versus the competition in a profitable manner that adds value to the customer. Analyzes and synthesizes key competitive intelligence to lead the development of specific strategies to beat the competition.Team Effectiveness:Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative team culture, fostering a strong sense of teamwork and motivation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including peers, team members, and senior leadership, to provide updates on project status, identify potential issues, and make recommendations for improvement.Your expertise:8+ years of strong and progressive marketing experience in varying specialtiesDemonstrated ability to manage complex software portfolios and product lifecycles.Demonstrated ability in marketing planning and execution, with outstanding commercial and marketing literacy and a track-record of developing business cases and delivering on them.Good understanding of networks and data/informatics, prefer experience in developing products that generate insights and has a systems mindset.Must have prior experience in taking a product from inception to launch.Prefer prior experience in Healthcare Informatics space.Customer-centric - With a focus on understanding how to translate consumer insights into tangible actions that can be tested with the consumer.Collaborative - Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally with the power to influence across departments/functions.Strong Communicator - Excellent communication skills with the ability to take multiple points of thought and weave them into a story to help create compelling content to senior executives.Organized - Able to organize and manage multiple projects at once to help take them across the finish line; Staying on top of projects status and proactively reporting out as needed.Bachelor’s degree in computer science/SW, Information Technology or a comparable fieldHealthcare experience required.Diagnostics laboratory experience is a preferred and a strong plus.Additional Preferences:Combination of in market and global experience.Broad commercial experience spanning Sales and Marketing.MBA or relevant graduate degree.To find out more about the specific business, have a look athttps://www.siemens-healthineers.com/en-us/diagnostics-it/atellica-diagnostics-itWho we are:
