Translate complex business requirements into thoughtful, elegant, human-centered, digital product designs.Balance a hands-on approach to project work with Craft staff.Build strong relationships with the Craft team and your clients.Work collaboratively with internal and external research and engagement teams.Articulate design approach and rationale to clients and internal teams in a clear manner.Participate in recruiting of candidates.Support new business opportunities and efforts.Have a grid. Follow it.Help define the Craft culture.Qualifications
0-3 years of professional experience in digital product design, or related area of focus.0-3 years of experience working with clients and teams.Proactive, creative problem solver that thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.Understanding of latest design, prototyping, and collaboration tools.Benefits
