We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can help us drive impactful marketing campaigns, optimize our online presence, and foster meaningful engagement with our audience.

As a Marketing Coordinator at Lingrove, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content and working closely with teams to maintain brand consistency. You'll also analyze market trends and assist in organizing marketing events to enhance Lingrove's visibility and impact.

Responsibilities

Develop engaging content for diverse marketing channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with Lingrove's brand and business goals.

Conduct research to understand market trends, consumer preferences, and competitors, and analyze marketing metrics for insights.

Manage Lingrove's social media presence, create content, engage with followers, and monitor feedback.

Assist in organizing trade shows, conferences, and product launches, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with marketing objectives.

Provide regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market insights to the Vice President of Marketing and Chief Revenue Officer.

Collaborate closely with them to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to decision-making processes.

Requirements and Preferred ExperiencesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in marketing coordination or related roles, demonstrating proficiency in content creation, campaign management, and market analysis. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate marketing insights to stakeholders. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, analytics software, and content management systems. Optional: Experience in event coordination and familiarity with sustainable materials or related industries would be advantageous.

About the RoleYou will be working onsite from our San Rafael, CA office. Core hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This job description does not cover or contain a comprehensive listing of everything you might do at Lingrove. Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - 90,000 annually, which is just one aspect of our total compensation package. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
