will represent the production team on set and assist Producers and Art Directors. They will be accountable to assist with photoshoot planning, daily logistics, workflow, and on set merchandise organization.This is a 5 day onsite position based out of our Photo Studio in Chicago, IllinoisA day in the life as a Photo Studio Production Assistant…Assist in the daily operations of photography production and management teams with the daily planning and execution of photo shootsAssist in the operations of location photo shoots, as neededProvide access to the photography studio for staff; open and close studio, as neededMonitor photography workflow pace; ensure sets and merchandise are prepared and on schedulePerform daily Photo Studio operations, including preparation, organization, maintenance and safety functionsExecute legal and procedural regulations regarding prop usage, copyright and model releasesPerform various photography production tasks driven by changing schedules and deadlines to support in achieving cost effective resultsWhat you’ll bring to the table…Possess thorough understanding of photography industry practicesPromote a strong sense of teamwork by working together safely, effectively, respectfully and efficiently with all associatesExcellent organization skills who can multi-task with production operationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsWe’d love to hear from you if you have…1 year of previous industry experienceBachelor’s degree in related field a plusExperience with studio operations and production practices in photo / video sets
