Senior Associate, Digital Marketing , you are pivotal to the success of our web business and digital marketing strategy. As a growth specialist, you will lead the development and execution of campaigns, while analyzing performance metrics to amplify our full-funnel digital presence and messaging across all channels. You'll collaborate closely with creative, brand (including organic social), and the web team to drive new customer acquisition, boost retention, and hit sales targets. Your passion and skills will help us optimize and expand our digital marketing program, build stronger user experiences, and achieve above-market growth. This is a full-time, salaried exempt position.WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?Managing all paid media and digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social, display, direct digital buys and new as needed.Collaborating with internal teams and paid media partners to execute timely and impactful marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, revenue and meet ROAS goals.Owning all digital marketing creative requests and trafficking creative through final campaign approval with agency.Maintaining SEO best practices on-site, working with internal and external contacts to maintain our SEO visibility.Monitoring campaign effectiveness by analyzing pre and post-click KPIs to drive sales, customer acquisition and retention.Managing the digital marketing roadmap, including executing channel testing and A/B testing for ad copy and audiences.Collaborating with creative, web, and email teams extensively to plan our editorial calendar and other marketing campaigns on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis.Stay informed with and communicate the latest trends, best practices, and critical updates in the digital space.WHAT ARE THE ESSENTIALS?Experience:

3-5 years in performance marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing or a related role in e-commerce/DTC.Technical Proficiency:

Including digital marketing & analytics platforms (GA4, Meta Ads, Google/Microsoft Ads, etc).SEO Knowledge:

Understand and implement SEO best practices on-site and cross-department.Relationship Management:

Demonstrated ability to manage agency and technology partner relationships effectively.Analytical Skills:

Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, etc.).Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent at influencing, collaborating, and building relationships in cross-functional roles.Entrepreneurial Spirit:
