Corpay is currently hiring a remote Senior UX Designer for the Corpay line of business. In this role, you will work with the Product Design team to design experiences for Corpay’s suite of B2B, SaaS spend management products, including payment automation, card and expense management, and invoice automation. Responsibilities include prototyping, interaction design, supporting user research, collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining design processes and standards, and coaching junior UX staff. The position requires excellent verbal and written communication, strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate must have a passion for UX and strong ability to advocate for the user.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Design interfaces, interactions, and workflows for internal and external Corpay applications.Optimize interfaces for use on a range of devices.Collaborate with UX Researchers to understand user needs and tailor designs to meet those needs.Support Product Management with low-fidelity mocks for early initiative scoping.Create prototypes to support user research and hand off to development teams.Conduct regular audits of Corpay applications for usability and consistency.Partner with team leadership to coach fellow UX professionals.Maintain and expand Corpay’s UX Design System.Work with developers to align component libraries to the Design System.Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications & Skills

4+ years of experience in UX design requiredExperience working with agile development teams requiredDesign portfolio demonstrating thought leadership and strong understanding of the design process requiredCollege degree in Human Interaction Design or comparable certification in equivalent field requiredProficiency with Figma preferredFamiliarity with spend management industry a plusExperience working remote a plusJob is focused on technical areas of user experience design. Work is primarily self-driven within goals and departmental initiatives.Job has no supervisory responsibility but will be responsible for influencing several internal departments.Position requires regular contact and collaboration with others in virtual meetings. Interactions focus on presentations, problem solving, relationship building, and information exchange.Remote office working conditions. Work requires regular sitting/standing at a desk, working with a computer. Some travel may be required.
