Learn more here .What you’ll be doing.Job Summary:Generali Travel Insurance, a leader in the travel insurance and assistance industry, is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to create and edit engaging high-quality content and website optimization opportunities in order to boost our ecommerce conversion rates.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Create, edit and manage content including blog posts, landing pages, FAQs, infographics, and other relevant content.Optimize content for SEO, ensuring all content is discoverable and drives organic traffic.Liaison with graphic designers and other colleagues to create visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience.Ensure all-around consistency with voice and tone, fonts, images, etc.Evaluate and improve existing content with the use of A/B testing.Develop and manage optimization tests based on previous learnings, new insights, and requests from the digital marketing teamReport the results of experiments and work with team members to make positive test results permanentRequired / Desired Knowledge, Experiences and Skills:Requirements:1-2 years of content strategy experienceKnowledge and experience with A/B and multivariate testing strategies and tools (preferably Convert)Experience with Google AnalyticsWorking knowledge of HTML and CSS for A/B test creationStrong analytical skillsHave a keen eye with superb attention to detailAbility to work under deadlinesPreferred:Experience with Content Management Systems, Adobe Experience Manager preferredExperience with Google Tag Manager preferredEducation/Certifications:Requirements:High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) requiredBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldThis is a 100% Remote Role .Apply today to begin your next chapter.Don’t meet every single requirement?
