Additionally, this role integrates with teams to support the building of consistent digital experiences while utilizing our design system and supports the onboarding of new design system users to encourage intuitive and efficient user experiences.Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience in product/UX Design/Graphic Design OR 6 years of experience in product/UX DesignA portfolio demonstrating your ability to craft engaging experiences across multiple channels (e.g. desktop and mobile)Understanding of the human centered design processHistory of staying informed about best practices in human centered designAbility to communicate clearly and effectivelyPreferred Job Qualifications:
Ability to design for desktop and mobile experiencesDemonstrated ability to design for desktop and mobile experiencesExperience practicing any or all of the following: HCD, Design Thinking, Visual Design, Mobile Design, Prototyping and HeuristicsExperience designing for conversational/voice UIUnderstanding of how Design Systems add valueAbility to rapidly prototype conceptsDeliver value to the business through well-crafted and timely workHighly collaborative and able to self-start on a cross-functional teamCommunicate clearly and effectively with stakeholdersWelcome design critique and consistently iterate based on feedbackLearn from everyone mindsetUse prototyping tools such as Sketch, Invision, Axure, Adobe CC, JiraExperience with usability testingHCSC Employment Statement:HCSC is committed to diversity in the workplace and to providing equal opportunity and affirmative action to employees and applicants.
