Check below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.In addition to the festival, this woman-founded business has expanded to virtual and in-person year-round programming, a Membership Program, Pitch Competition + Program for aspiring TV writers, and a wide array of additional sales opportunities.As ATX TV is growing, we are hiring our first dedicated Sales Director to bring in consumer brands and industry leaders alike to create unique experiences and branded sponsorships for the flagship event (May 29-June 1, 2025) and year-round programming/events.This is a fully remote position that can be based in Los Angeles, CA or Austin, TX.Job Duties:Generate revenue across our digital platforms (websites, social media), custom content (podcast, YouTube, etc), and live media offerings (Festival, Virtual and In-Person Events) with consumer and endemic clients across a wide range of categories.Develop leads and secure sponsors (both endemic and nonendemic):

Identify new revenue opportunities (new clients, brand categories, sponsorship packages, events, etc).Proactive lead generation by identifying contact information of key decision makers and conducting extensive research on potential clients.

Generate proposals and sales materials for partner outreach.Develop unique pitches for individual sponsorships and partnerships.Develop evergreen sales sheets and decks.Oversee, create, and manage wrap-up reports for sponsors and partners, both for year-round and Festival events.Negotiate contracts that maximize profit and work with PMC legal team to finalize agreements.Build and maintain relationships with clients including setting up calls, in-person meetings, and after-work networking events.Forecast and track revenue by period and quarter.Use Salesforce for revenue tracking purposes.Secure revenue target of $1 million+ (TBD quarterly goals but with focus on end of Q2/start of Q3).Position Priorities:Manage Sponsorship relationships from start to finish (or whenever brought in).Properly manage client issues and expectations.Secure revenue-generating sponsors and partnerships that align with ATX TV brand and events:

Consumer Category Focus: Beauty, Food + Beverage, Banking, Travel, Home goods.

Requirements:3-4 years of integrated sales experience, B2B sales, and/or working at a startup.Motivated by both personal and team goals.Deep rolodex of B2B relationships.Ability to proactively identify sales opportunities and develop client relationships.Superb troubleshooting skills and knows how to ask questions.Must possess excellent presentation skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills, and the ability to adjust to the personalities of various partners.Self-starter with hustle and drive to seek new business opportunities.Typical wage range: $85k - $95k base salary + strong quarterly commission.PMC is committed to the health and wellness of our employees.
