Job Purpose/Objective:

Roberts Hawaii is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our Ohana. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business objectives while equally proficient in day-to-day marketing activities. The Marketing Manager works closely with Senior Management and various teams to develop innovative marketing strategies that highlight our diverse offerings and experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and writing skills, a creative mindset, and a proven track record in managing integrated marketing and communication campaigns.

Essential Job Functions:

Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement across various platforms, including web, social media, print, and video.

Collaborate on cross-team initiatives, working closely with other departments to synergize efforts, share insights, and drive successful project outcomes.

Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and visual identity across all marketing materials.

Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.

Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.

Develop and review press releases, messaging strategies, briefing books, bylines, and other content to ensure accuracy, coherence, and effectiveness.

Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.

Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment of communication and messaging in all channels.

Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions and identify opportunities for brand differentiation and improvement.

Develop engaging and high-quality content for Roberts Hawaii, including but not limited to web content, social media posts, print materials, videos, and graphics.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing materials, ensuring cohesive and effective campaigns across multiple channels.

Manage relationships with internal clients and external vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

Essential Skills (Minimum qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proven experience in marketing with a focus on web and social media.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated experience in print and video production, photography, graphic design, branding, and public relations.

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with marketing analytics and metrics.

Skilled in the use of computers, adapts to new technology, keeps abreast of changes, learns new programs quickly, and uses technology to improve productivity.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Passion for travel, tourism, and the Hawaiian culture is a plus.

Able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed or assigned.
