This position is responsible for directing, coordinating, and implementing all aspects of sales and marketing programs at multiple facilities in NC, consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the community. Responsible for managing and motivating the sales staff and developing a culture in which all staff is part of the sales and marketing team.

Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Participates in the research, preparation, and writing of the facilities’ budgets and annual marketing plans.Oversees facility marketing departments in accordance with Community policies and within budget guidelines.Ensures that staff will execute sales and marketing strategies as outlined in the annual marketing plan.Ensures that staff will meet sales activity and sales ratio goals as outlined in the annual marketing plan.Directs and executes all aspects of community independent living and assisted living unit sales.Keeps updated about relevant, operational, competitive, and company information.Selects, trains, evaluates, and disciplines all marketing personnel.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Assists staff in planning public information programs and carries out such programs by working with corporate marketing communications department.Assists staff in planning and arranging for open houses, publicity brochures and displays, soliciting the cooperation of community staff and residents in these efforts.Addresses civic organizations, businesses, and service organizations, representing the facilities in such activities.Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned.Other duties as assigned if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment to the position.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to communicate in person, in writing, and on the telephone effectively.Must be an effective presenter with both large and small groups.Must be familiar with and adhere to guidelines related to the Fair Housing Act (FHA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in all aspects of the job.Skill in use of computer software including MS-Word and Excel.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree.Three years multiple facility sales and marketing management experience in the senior industry or related experience.Travel within NC required.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekends as neededExperience:Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:North Carolina: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location:
