In this role, you will work closely with the Product Development team to shape the strategic direction and positioning of our Connected Home Products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective GTM strategies that drive revenue for new product launches such as mesh systems, routers, mobile hotspots, and value-added services. This role requires a consumer-centric approach with a strong blend of product knowledge, marketing expertise, and leadership skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of our connected home solutions to target audiences.About the role:

Based in San Francisco Bay areaDevelop compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers for new products and services, supporting the overall product narrative and directionTranslate technical features into clear and impactful benefits for customersConduct qualitative, quantitative and competitive research and leverage the analysis to inform product messaging, and positioning to drive growth, sharing insights and next steps with leadershipCreate buyer personas to ensure every business, design, and marketing decision resonates with target consumersLead product launches from planning through execution, ensuring successful product releases and driving measurable resultsCreate GTM launch plans including training, presentations to regional sales, marketing and PR as neededEnsure consistency of messaging across all marketing channels and materialsOversee the successful execution of packaging design projects, from concept development through to final productionWork closely with our cross-functional teams, external design agencies, and production partners to ensure that each packaging project is delivered on time, on brief, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsUnderstand the packaging production process and how to establish print requirementsAnalyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizationProvide leadership, mentorship and management for three members of the team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellenceQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving product growth and revenueDeep understanding of B2C marketing, with experience in technologyStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and compelling messagingExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence without authorityProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
