Scroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.This position is responsible for creating, organizing, and promoting market awareness of the Jet Parts Engineering brand and its offerings in addition to assisting in administrative functions. This includes event planning, advertising, social media, and website maintenance. The individual in this role will examine trends, develop a messaging platform, assess our competitive position, determine campaign tactics, secure resources, and drive creative development. This position requires someone who is quick to adapt to a rapidly growing portfolio of companies, can manage and track projects cleanly, and who will both lead and contribute individually. This position reports to the President.Essential Responsibilities:Manage a small marketing team while being an individual contributor.Set and monitor marketing KPIs and metrics and modify tactics for improvement.Create, organize, and maintain marketing communication by sourcing and developing content that has consistent themes, messaging, and branding.Manage project tasks and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.Support conference and event planning.Create strategy and execute campaigns to promote awareness for a portfolio of companies and their offerings.Develop and work within the department budget.Introduce and track customer acceptance of new products in the marketplace.Manage pricing catalogs and listing services.Maintain website and ecommerce site.Engage with market research and use it to strengthen the company brand.Assist with administrative tasks in support of the sales and executive teams.Other tasks as assigned.Experience and Skills:B2B marketing experience.Excellent organization and project management with attention to detail.Adaptability and flexibility - open to change and considerable variety in responsibilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills who can articulate branding strategies and concepts well.Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel.Photoshop and InDesign proficiency is desirable.Working knowledge of social media and digital advertising platforms with associated B2B marketing trends.Visual content generation and graphic design experience a plus.Website experience is a plus.Preferred background in aviation, aerospace, or technical industries.Education/Experience:Four-year degree in marketing or equivalent.5 years in a marketing/branding role.Compensation and Benefits:Salary range $90,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience.
