Make sure to apply with all the requested information, as laid out in the job overview below.Summary of PositionAs the Associate Director of Engagement Marketing, you will be responsible for 1) managing comprehensive marketing campaigns to activate, re-engage and retain our members, 2) driving forward product initiatives that require marketing support and enablement and 3) leading insights for the Net Promoter Score (NPS) customer satisfaction program. This role is critical to building strong relationships, loyalty and driving higher consumer satisfaction. You will work cross-functionally with our Marketing team, Data science and Operations to contribute to and help achieve our ambitious engagement objectives.Core competencies that will ensure your success in this role include leading with a marketer mindset, strong communication, problem-solving and project management skills. You should also have a flexible mindset and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This is a highly collaborative role, and you should be able to work in close partnership with other teams including creative, product, operations, and marketing functions to drive shared success. He/she will own strategy for the respective projects on the team and run with multiple projects simultaneously, informing when there are hurdles that require collaboration to overcome.***This is a hybrid role. Expectation is remote with 1-3 days a week at one of our office locations.***Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEngagement & RetentionOwn strategy of marketing engagement and retention campaigns across print, online, email and partner channels.Manage team leading day-to-day execution of our campaigns to ensure we deliver on our goals.Partner with creative and analytics teams to deliver best in class assets that drive results for our consumers.Product Marketing & EnablementDrive forward prioritized product roadmap from a business perspective in partnership with product teams.Deliver on a partnered strategy for communications to highlight and complement new product launches/features.Establish and execute on strategy to enable and/or fix Marketing features (e.g., communication preferences, multi-language journeys).NPSLead member NPS program, including vendor relationship and survey management, data analysis and reporting.Facilitate collection of member feedback across channels and translate that data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization.Work cross-functionally to produce analysis and thought leadership to grow NPS and revenue.Manage reputation management solutions to maintain online reputation and credibility.Own third-party agency relationship to support community management, including member escalation processes and response guides.Qualifications Expected for PositionNimble, agile, rolled up sleeves self-starter.Strong performance marketer with a history of consistently strong results.Experience leading in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.Critical thinker with strong analytical skills and experience synthesizing data to inform business decisions.Well organized, detail-oriented, efficient with time management; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines simultaneously.Operational savvy to identify and champion ways to drive scale and efficiency.Decision-making skills and ability to drive progress and produce results with little oversight.Collaborative working style with positive attitude and enthusiasm for making great work happen.Persuasive and articulate communication skills with excellent relationship-building skills.Bachelor's degree.7+ years of marketing experience.3+ years of people leadership experience.Performance marketer.Experience with NPS survey programs and platforms a plus.The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
