Adobe's Lifecycle Marketing team is passionate about delivering high-impact marketing programs to our customers. Our goal is to drive long-term revenue and engagement growth for Adobe through innovative, personalized, and scalable email marketing programs. We are seeking a proactive and creative marketing manager to lead programs that deliver measurable results across Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud audiences.In this role, you will create and implement lifecycle strategies designed to engage and retain users of Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud individual offerings. In addition, you will collaborate on broader cross-functional initiatives with Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, Product Growth, and Adobe.com teams.What you’ll doDevelop and manage a quarterly communication plan that aligns with strategic initiatives, business goals, and stakeholder feedback, aiming to achieve engagement performance targetsActively support new insights and identify areas of opportunity to enhance engagementGenerate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that analyze impact, highlight trends, and identify gaps in expected resultsEnhance engagement and retention through large-scale experimentation and personalized approaches, leveraging APIs, data science models, and behavioral dataCollaborate with key business partners, ranging from marketing and product teams to organizational leadersWhat you’ll need to succeedSolid email marketing experience, with the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quicklyDemonstrated analytical proficiency, including interpreting data, identifying trends, pinpointing causes of performance gaps, and advancing initiatives for performance optimizationAdept at thriving in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines with minimal oversightQuick to adapt and resourceful, ready to support new opportunities at a moment’s noticeStrong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an outstanding eye for detailAbility to navigate a matrixed organization and represent team with integrity and self-sufficiencyExperience5+ years experience, MBA or BA/BS degreeTech or SaaS experience preferred, ideally in a multi-funnel or multi-vertical business modelExtensive experience in email, with a focus on personalization and experimentation, is a plusOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $75,500 -- $162,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
