The Leadership Institute (LI) is a 501 (c)( 3) organization that was founded in 1979 by its president, Morton C. Blackwell. LI provides training in campaigns, fundraising, grassroots organizing, youth politics, and communications. The Institute teaches conservatives of all ages how to succeed in politics, government, and the media. Since 1979, LI has trained more than 200,000 conservative activists, leaders, and students. The Institute’s unique college campus network has grown to more than 1,700 conservative campus groups and newspapers.

As America’s leading source for conservative college news,Campus Reformserves as a watchdog to our country’s higher education system, with a mission to expose liberal bias and abuse on college campuses.The Media Director will oversee a mix of editorial and operational responsibilities that include brand management, social media strategy, correspondent recruitment and student training via the Young Journalists program. The Media Director is also expected to represent Campus Reform on local and national television, radio, and podcast interviews.This is a senior level role that reports to the Editor in Chief. They will also manage approximately three-to-five individuals.This is a full-time, in-office position based in Arlington, VA.
