200562229The Growth Marketing Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for Apple's media products and services including Apple TV+, Music, Arcade, News+, Fitness+, App Store, and Apple One. The team focuses on the development and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users globally across multiple services. Apple is seeking a self-motivated and curious individual who will drive and execute the day-to-day operational workflows of growth marketing. This role will work collaboratively across multiple internal teams including growth marketing, product, and engineering to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications, ultimately driving awareness and engagement of Apple's services and products!DescriptionThis position will work cross-functionally to build and execute customer journeys for growth marketing acquisition and engagement initiatives. As the subject matter expert of customer journey orchestration, the ideal candidate can think strategically, execute flawlessly, and effectively collaborate in a highly matrixed organization.Developing, testing, and deploying customer journeys. This involves assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities and data needs.Collaborating and clearly articulating complex and large scale projects. Effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure that operational plans, deliverables and risks are properly addressed and aligned.Monitoring campaign performance for operational integrity, and identifying and communicating issues to internal teams.Identifying key opportunities of improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency and processes, and product tooling.Building a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks that serve as a reference and training resource.Minimum Qualifications5-7+ years of lifecycle marketing experience building as well as launching acquisition and engagement initiatives in innovative environments.Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target, Braze, Oracle Responsys.Excellent logical reasoning and critical thinking skills.Preferred QualificationsExhibit high attention to detail and organization to deliver quality projects in a timely manner.Innovator who is proactive, thoughtful and resourceful with a willingness to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks.Standout colleague mentality with strong consideration for impact on fellow team members.Experience in SQL language.Pay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,800 and $222,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
