Then we’d love to hear from you!This role on the Go To Market UX team with Salesforce Business Technology supports internal Salesforce businesses, such as Revenue and Sales, in navigating and embracing change and designing a path toward a stronger digital future using human-centered design. As a Senior Designer, you’ll collaborate with other UX designers, user researchers, UX engineers, and cross-functional teammates in Product, Engineering, and Architecture to solve some of Salesforce's biggest internal business and customer-facing challenges through cutting-edge, insight-based prototypes and designs. You'll be involved in all aspects of project, from user research and prototyping to product definition and pitching to business executives along the way. Our engagements combine elements of strategic advisory, visioning, user research, ideation, storytelling, value proposition creation, workshop facilitation, rapid prototyping, end-user concept testing, and detailed UX design delivery.We seek a candidate with strong service and strategic design skills, capable of delivering outstanding user-centered work on projects. Candidate must be located in Dallas, TXResponsibilities

Serve as a champion for design thinking and a human-centered, entrepreneurial approach to strategic enterprise transformation with our internal business partners and external customersParticipate in stakeholder and secondary research; participate in end-user primary research; recognize economically meaningful end-user pain points and unmet needsParticipate in collaborative workshops then synthesize insights into defensible visions, frameworks, and conceptsConduct in-market concept testing and experimentationContinually keep abreast of emerging and best-in-class user experiences and maintain a high-level understanding of the capabilities of the Salesforce platformActively participate in creating, testing, and sharing new and better tools, methods and processes for conducting innovation engagements, and find ways to multiply the value of the insights gained from every engagementDeliver systems-level UX strategy, experience strategy, and future visions for stakeholder and scrum teams to rally aroundConduct stakeholder, secondary, and discovery research to recognize economically or strategically meaningful end-user pain points and unmet needsCreate service blueprints, ecosystem maps, experience maps, and journey maps to help teams and stakeholders understand why things currently function as they do – and how we can improve in service of our usersDesign, lead and facilitate workshops, both remotely and in-personActively find opportunities to improve the user experience across your business domain(s)Mentor junior designers and help onboard contingent design resourcesBasic Qualifications

Proven experience (4+ years) as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work for web and/or mobile applications, ideally within enterprise software or SaaS productsExpertise in user-centered design principles, usability, and user research methodologies. Demonstrated experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisionsDeep understanding of design systems, information architecture, and interaction design. Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)Proficiency with current design tools such as Figma, along with an ability to quickly learn new tools as they emergeStrong communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members effectivelyExperience working in an Agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teamsA passion for design and a relentless drive for crafting exceptional user experiences that align with business goals and customer needsAbility to quickly bring ideas to life through a variety of means, from hand-drawn storyboards to functioning digital prototypesAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyDemonstrated experience with creating and facilitating ideation workshops and alignment sessionsExperience creating service design deliverables such as user flows, customer journey maps, experience blueprints, personas, etc.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related fieldAn online or digital portfolio is required to apply for this position.Accommodations
