We are searching for an Insights Specialist (Senior Marketing Research Analyst) on behalf of our client. The person will be responsible for the execution and analysis of comprehensive marketing research projects from inception to completion as assigned by the senior manager of insights and analytics. This role will involve collaboration with multiple stakeholders, the application of advanced marketing research methodologies, and the provision of actionable insights to guide strategic decisions. Project Management: Oversee end-to-end marketing research projects, ensuring timely deliverables and high-quality outputs.Research Design: Develop research frameworks and methodologies tailored to meet specific business objectives and market challenges.Data Collection: Utilize various data collection methods, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and secondary data analysis.Data Analysis: Perform analysis and interpret data to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights.Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to clarify research needs and integrate findings into business strategies.DIY Research Methods: Competent in DIY (do-it-yourself) research methods to ensure flexibility and cost-effectiveness in research approaches.Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide relevant insights.Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve research processes, tools, and methodologies.Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the overall objectives of the marketing research department.Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field3+ years of relevant experience is strongly preferredPreferred Qualifications

Experience with customer insights and analytics tools (Qualtrics, Confirmit, PowerBI, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsFamiliarity with qualitative and quantitative research techniquesProfessional certifications (e.g., Professional Researcher Certification) are a plus.
