Base Salary - $50-55k plus a generous commission structureEntry Level Inside Sales and Marketing opportunity working for a growing regional organization in the commercial fire alarm and sprinkler industry. This position offers a base salary, full benefits, retirement fund with match and a lucrative bonus/commission package. This is an entry level opportunity with plenty of growth.Daily Tasks:
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsConvert pre-qualified leads and generate new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience.B2B cold calls via phone, email, and in-person to facility, operations, and property managers.Conduct meetings with prospects and current customers to determine needs.Working closely with internal sales team/Sales Executives to get quotes to customers and log opportunities in Salesforce.Schedule Discovery calls with customers to gain an understanding of customer needs and requirements.Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure assistanceImprove sales skills to increase sales success rates.Requirements:
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system for tracking activity.High energy level and a dynamic personality with ambition and a strong focus on customer service.Previous experience in Inside or outside sales a plus.Bachelor's degree in marketing or experience in the commercial fire alarm and sprinkler industry a plus.
