Do you like a fast-paced environment that rewards success?Join Kimley-Horn’s growing marketing team as proposal lead and help influence water/wastewater-sector client and project strategy; coordinate, write, and collaborate on water/wastewater proposals and thought leadership; and promote the firm in the water/wastewater markets across the region. This is an office-based role at our new location - 1661 East Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ!Responsibilities

Prepare/write proposals, qualifications, letters, reports, presentations, brochures, award submittals, and other communicationsFacilitate, coordinate, and participate in kick-off meetings and proposal production activitiesCoordinate with consultant firms for teaming and gathering marketing materialsCommunicate and interact with professionals, project managers, and technical staffConduct marketing database queries as well as input data and maintain accuracy of data on an ongoing basisCoordinate other special projects such as conferences, open houses, and client eventsInterview subject matter experts and write/edit technical content for target audiencesQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Education, or other relevant major4+ years of professional consulting service experience focused on the water/wastewater A/E/C industry is requiredStrong technical writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skillsSoftware proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Adobe InDesignWillingness to travel if neededREQUIRED - To be considered for this role, include a one-page cover letter when uploading your resume.Additional writing work samples may be requested.Why Kimley-Horn?
