The Role:Design and create visually appealing and effective email templates and campaigns that align with the brand’s messaging and goalsCollaborate with the marketing team to understand the target audience and create email designs that resonate with themEnsure all email designs are mobile-responsive and compatible with various email clients and devicesPerform secondary design tasks for ad sets, display ads, socials, landing pages, etc.
Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of relevant digital design experienceProficiency in design, motion graphics, and video editing software: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)Proven experience as a digital designer with a portfolio of strong work across email template design and other marketing campaignsExperience using project management tools and ticketing systems such as Asana, Notion, Monday.com or similar toolsGraveyard shift experience in the last 6 months and amenable to work graveyard shift (US time zone to follow)
Nice-to-Have:Experience designing creative assets for fashion, lifestyle, design, jewelry or luxury goods is a huge plusFamiliarity with Gmail and Slack for team communication

Salary Range:
