The Associate Consultant works closely with an assigned Project Manager and becomes a fully integrated member of project teams in their first couple months of employment. Apply logic and Spur methodologies to provide recommendations to clientsUse and develop communication skills to communicate project findings, conclusions, and recommendations with your peers and clientsDevelop high-quality drafts of communication from emails to executive presentations.Participate in client meetings to review and present analytical approaches and interpret resultsWork independently or closely with clients and team members to accomplish daily tasksProvide project support and complete administrative tasksMinimum Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree with solid academic achievement and or significant relevant work experienceCoursework in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, journalism, or communications is a strong plusExperience with Microsoft suite of productivity tools required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)Good business acumen and awareness of business trendsQuantitative skills and general problem-solving skills for business problemsStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsPreferred Qualifications
Strategic thinking: Research and gather data to contribute to strategic discussions.Ideation: Participate in and capture ideas during ideation meetings.Intuition: Identify necessary tasks or issues and ask clarifying questions with guidance.Analytical thinking: Approach problems systematically by defining, organizing, and analyzing information.People acumen: Interact with individuals at all levels in various situations with support.Judgment: Make logical decisions and take appropriate actions to drive activities with available resources.Organization: Manage and coordinate work streams with guidance.Adaptability: Deal with ambiguity and changing roles or tasks while progressing work products to completion with guidanceAbout ReplyReply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. Reply is a network of highly specialized companies supporting global industrial groups operating in the telecom and media, industry and services, banking, insurance and public administration sectors in the definition and development of business models enabled for the new paradigms of AI, cloud computing, digital media and the Internet of Things. Reply services include Consulting, System Integration, and Digital Services.The base compensation range for this full-time position is between [$50,000 - $68,000] plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications, and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
