Network, engages audiences through its owned-and-operated social media channels, audio content, and partnerships with OTT platforms.THE ROLE: We're seeking a highly skilled, creative, and versatile Content Producer/Editor to join the Hartbeat marketing team. You will be responsible for strategizing, producing, and executing dynamic and engaging content that aligns with the company's goals and mission. We are looking for someone who loves all things comedy and has experience in bringing ideas to life, from concept to delivery.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Produce innovative, high-caliber content across a diverse range of formats (video, audio, social media) that resonates with our audience, fosters engagement, and authentically reflects our brand's distinctive tone, voice, and messaging from ideation to execution.Play an integral part of Marketing initiatives, refining and perfecting narrative threads to ensure clarity, coherence, and a compelling storytelling experience.Collaborate and strategize with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring bold creative concepts to life and drive results.Oversee and manage complex workflows, critical deadlines, and asset delivery with internal and external vendors and partners, ensuring seamless execution.Remain at the forefront of industry trends, best practices, and platform evolution, applying expertise and insight to continuously elevate the brand's content strategies.Conceptualize and execute bespoke content experiences with A-list talent, social influencers, and live events.Develop and execute influencer partnerships and campaigns in tandem with our Social team, fostering meaningful collaborations and amplifying brand reach.Analyze and interpret content performance data, providing actionable, data-driven insights that inform future content productions and drive business growth.EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

6+ years of experience in content production, editing, and creative strategy.Proven track record of success in developing, producing, and editing content.A deep understanding of social algorithms, specs, and strategies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Proficiency in content management tools, Adobe Creative Suite.Comfortable working with high-profile talent and influencers.WORK HARD, LAUGH HARDERLook, it’s called work for a reason.
