Video Editor & Graphics Designer (For Online Advertising Assets) Innovative Metrics is a performance marketing agency with a variety of in-house brands seeking a talented, innovative, creative, and proactive individual to serve as an In-House Graphic Designer and Video Editor. We are looking for someone to create engaging assets including images and video for a variety of paid advertising channels. This is a full-time position for a dynamic team member who has a strong work ethic to excel in a fast-paced environment.You will be working directly with our Internal Media buying team and our external vendors to deliver assets in a timely and efficient manner.Required:Excellent communication skillsFlexibility to switch focus between multiple projectsStrong multitasking, prioritization, and organization skillsAvid follower of trends and innovations in technology, design, and advertisingFamiliarity with design software and technologiesFamiliarity with Canva, CapCut, Figma, Adobe Suite, etc preferredAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with social media including Meta and TikTok preferredExperience in using AI tools and automation softwareIf you have the above skill sets and believe you will be an amazing addition to our growing team, please make sure to provide samples of work and any relevant projects.
