We are a global leader, with hubs in North America, South America, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East.We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ABM strategies and campaigns, with hands-on experience using 6sense to drive targeted marketing efforts. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing, this role will be responsible for developing and executing personalized marketing campaigns that align with our business goals and drive engagement with key accounts.Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive ABM strategies to target high-value accounts.Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and other teams to identify and prioritize target accounts.Use data and insights from 6sense to inform and refine ABM strategies.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure alignment with KPIs and business goals.Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns, including email, direct mail, digital advertising, content marketing, and events.Leverage 6sense to create personalized marketing messages and experiences for target accounts.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, product, and analytics, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and goals.Utilize 6sense to track account engagement, measure campaign effectiveness, and generate insights.Provide regular reports on ABM performance, highlighting key metrics and outcomes.Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, including industry trends, company news, and key decision-makers.Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies.Experience and Skills Required:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing.Proven experience using 6sense or similar ABM platforms.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and marketing techniques.Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.Extreme Networks, Inc.
