We're dedicated to nurturing talent and helping individuals grow within our organization.In this role, you'll contribute to various aspects of our content strategy. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining engaging content, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support content launches, and diving into data analysis. This position offers a dynamic blend of content creation, operations, and data-driven tasks in a fast-paced environment.This is a full-time position with substantial room for professional development. We conduct performance reviews at 60, 90, and 120 days, providing opportunities for compensation increases and potential bonuses based on your contributions. If you're eager to enhance your content marketing skills and be a part of a growing e-commerce organization, this role is the perfect opportunity for you to thrive and develop your talents.Responsibilities and Areas of NeedDesign content marketing strategies for social channels such as our blog, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc.Aid in the collaboration of asset sharing by gathering data (eg. image assets and blog copy from our current partners and potential partners).Produce high-quality content by collaborating with design and writing teams.Create an editorial calendar, delegate tasks, and ensure that deadlines are met.Develop and maintain a sales outreach process.Edit, proofread, and improve the content.Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics.Ensure a strong web presence by running paid media through our websites and landing pages.Generate ideas to increase customer engagement.Skills That Will Enable You to ThriveSEO Optimization:

Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve the visibility and ranking of our content in search engines.Content Editing and Creation:

Edit and create high-quality content for various platforms using a range of tech tools.Sales Funnel Knowledge:

Contribute to the development and optimization of sales funnels by aligning content with specific stages in the customer journey.Project Management:

Efficiently manage content projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Data Analysis:

Analyze data related to content performance and user engagement to make informed decisions.Technical Proficiency:

Utilize tech tools including Microsoft Office, HTML and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance content quality and presentation.CRM Management:

Familiarity with HubSpot CRM to support marketing and sales efforts.Content Management Systems:
