Our product pod is made up of a multi-disciplinary team of specialized T-shape designers, BAs, Program Managers, Product Managers, Data Engineers who care deeply about the people who use our products. We play an integral part in gathering insights about product user needs, attitudes, emotions, and behaviors to inspire and inform design.

As a UX Designer, you will play a critical role in creating useful, usable, and delightful products working with stakeholders across functions and levels, you/your work will impact at all stages of product development. You'll explore user behaviors and motivations being part of all research, design, development, review and release phase.

As a Tresata UXer, you will perform:

User Research: Assist in conducting user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behavioursPersona Development: Support in creating user personas based on research data to guide design decisionsWireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using FigmaUser Flows and Information Architecture: Assist in designing user flows and information architecture for intuitive navigation and user-friendly interfacesUsability Testing: Help plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and make design improvementsCollaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goalsDesign Systems: Contribute to maintaining the design system to ensure consistency across all user interfacesAccessibility: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and are usable by all users, including those with disabilitiesIteration: Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, user data, and changing requirementsStay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related fieldExperience: At least 1 year of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing UX design projectsTools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe XDResearch Skills: Basic understanding of user research methodologies and usability testingCommunication: Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsProblem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centered design approachDetail-Oriented: Attention to detail and a passion for creating excellent user experiences
