POSITION OVERVIEW:
M18 is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join the Real Estate PR team in our Miami office to work on many of the leading luxury and residential projects in Florida. You will support and lead daily client relations, plan and execute day-to-day project deliverables, support, and lead junior staff, and conceptualize strategies, pitches, and media placements. You will work closely with client leads and internal staff, delegating to peers and junior staff and developing and advancing strategy with senior leaders. This role is ideal for candidates with experience or personal interest in real estate, architecture, and design.
Role location: This role is based in our Miami, Florida, office on a hybrid basis.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
As a Senior Account Executive, you will:
Develop and implement strategy and campaign planning for multiple high-profile client accountsEstablish and build relationships with local, national, and regional media outletsWrite and edit persuasive external and internal documents such as press releases, op-eds, fact sheets, talking points, editorial board memos, and communications strategiesCraft and send pitches to relevant media outlets about client activitiesTrain and supervise interns and delegate work as requiredConsult on creative partnerships, including brands, publications, organizations, and social media creators
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 4 years of full-time experience in PR, with agency experience in the luxury real estate field preferredAbility to handle multiple assignments at once, work quickly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience pitching the media and demonstrated success in securing coverage for clientsCreative writing experience, including press releases, media pitches, and social media contentAbility to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with varying levels of staff, clients, the media, etc.Strong aesthetic, point of view, and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PhotoshopExemplary working knowledge of all social and digital media platformsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Compensation:
M18 offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $70,000-$82,000.
