As the Marketing and Sales Representative, you will receive comprehensive one-on-one guidance that includes classroom-style training, roleplay scenarios, and regular performance evaluations.Key Responsibilities of a Marketing and Sales Representative include:
Executing marketing and sales programs through the implementation of neighborhood-based outreach campaignsPromoting products and services directly to homeowners and decision makers to create a memorable buying experience that fosters genuinity, honesty and transparencyServing as the face of our client’s brand in the local community while exhibiting an extreme sense of professionalismEducating consumers on clients' products and services with the goal of enrolling new customers or upgrading existing onesParticipating in continuing training opportunitiesRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalentAt least some experience in a customer service, hospitality, sales or retail role preferredThe ability to start immediately and work full time hoursThe ability to travel locallyPreferred skills:
Clear and confident communication skillsOrganization and the ability to follow through and complete tasksThe ability to think on your feet and problem solveThe ability to work independently or as part of a teamWhat this firm has to offer:
