Proven motion graphics and video editing experienceProficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite with a strong focus on After EffectsProficiency in video editing software (ideally Adobe Premiere)The ability to write and produce short-form promotional videos from start to finishFamiliarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTokExperience producing videos and animation for social media and YouTube (preferred)Experience with online advertising is a plusGraphic design, 3D modeling, and/or illustration skills are a plusHaving your own camera, lighting, and space for shooting videos by yourself is a plusBeing able to record narration is a plusGood written and spoken English skillsAbility to perform well under pressure and under short deadlinesExperience presenting materials to clients professionallyThe availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PSTA reliable workstation with a fast computer for video editingMicrophone and speakers, reliable internet and powerYOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:
Creating promotional videos for Coalition Technologies and our clientsCreating videos and animated banners to be used for ad campaignsCreating short-format videos for Instagram Stories, Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etcCreating text, logo, character, or other kinds of animations to be used in videos, websites, emails, and other mediaProperly following briefs and being able to work with scripts, design assets, and footage provided by clients and other team membersComing up with ideas (writing scripts and/or creating storyboards) if necessaryAttending and/or participating in client meetings and working with our Digital Producers to plan how to achieve the client goals through video and animationCollaborating with the graphic designers, copywriters, PPC team, and other teams to establish the vision of the project, come up with creative concepts, and analyze tradeoffs between visual appeal and performance needsEncoding videos for any required format and uploading to media sourcesKeeping up with the latest trends in storytelling, video production, and social mediaEnsuring that projects are completed according to schedule while effectively applying our methodology and following quality standardsWe are looking for talented and diligent candidates who excel in our skills tests, and will consider these candidates even if past experience or educational background criteria aren't met.Compensation:
Starting base pay in the US states of California, New York, Washington and Colorado for this position ranges between $15 - $35 per hour.
