Job Summary

Allvue is on the lookout for a Content Marketing Manager who will be instrumental in crafting inbound strategy and supporting outbound goals to meet revenue targets. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and is central to Allvue's accelerated growth. You will be responsible for a mix of content and solutions marketing to drive conversion optimization, aimed at attracting and engaging a targeted audience to generate organic growth.You will forge strong alliances with sales, customer experience, and marketing teams to develop and deliver campaigns and programs that support Allvue revenue and customer retention goals. This role is tailored for leaders who embody an ownership mentality, enjoy creating full-funnel content, are comfortable with organic search and social, empathize with clients and buyers, and like to roll up their sleeves. You are a dynamic individual ready to take initiative, innovate, and be resourceful with hands-on execution. This role is both strategic planning and tactical execution, requiring both high-level conceptual thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Content marketingSupport the development and execution of the content marketing strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content needs across channelsPosition the company as a leader while supporting the creation of compelling content and thought leadership assets like data-driven reports, whitepapers, blogs, newsletters, and videos to help drive demand gen effortsDevelop effective targeting, messaging and positioning, and communicate that messaging and positioning to all internal and external audiencesInbound marketingHelp manage the company website, blog, and social media platformsConduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and drive targeted traffic to the websiteManage relationships with outside related vendors (PR, Web Development, Digital), including monitoring quality and effectivenessSolutions marketingCollaborate with the product marketing and growth team members to develop solution-specific marketing programs to the different personasCollaborate with product management and sales to bring competitive solutions to marketSupport field readiness through the development and delivery of sales assets, e.g. data sheets, presentations, and demo scripts for our customers and prospects

Requirements

5+ year track record of B2B SaaS marketingExceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for a diverse audienceProven ability to both set content marketing strategy and create content that generates measurable awareness and demandCreative mindset with a strategic approach to content developmentStrong project management and organizational skills to execute multiple workstreams concurrentlyData driven and ROI-focused with knowledge of funnel and pipeline metricsSEO and social media experience with a proven track record is a plusSkilled with PCs and Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience with WordPress, Adobe, Canva, SEMrush (or similar tools), Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot is beneficial5+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS marketing with experience in content marketing, PR/communications, solutions marketing, and product marketing supporting campaigns and programs of scale (e.g., over $50M in annual revenue)Industry experience in financial services and/or highly regulated industries preferred (e.g. alternative investments, private equity, venture capital, banking, wealth management, and insurance)Global experience required: proven ability to work closely with a distributed team

Education/Certifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
