Group Product Marketing Manager

to join our Product team at Snap Inc!What you’ll do:

Be a recognized Small and Medium Business product marketing solutions expert collaborating across multiple organizations including non-ads, product, marketing, partnerships, engineering, and sales. Ability to drive inbound, market segmentation, opportunity assessment, and upstream product influence.Deep understanding of the SMB audience segment and represent advertising industry needs.Develop global go-to market strategies and plans, including product positioning, narrative, internal communications, and marketing activation strategies.Continuously assess the capabilities and value proposition of our ad products via market trends, advertiser feedback and competitive benchmarking in order to influence our monetization strategy.Drive successful cross functional alignment on go to market strategy & planning and track success metrics accordingly.Inspire and educate both internal and external teams on Snapchat’s solutions for advertisers.Build frameworks and processes to structure conversations, create & socialize marketing initiatives, and drive alignment across teams and leadership.Be a team player who can successfully work cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups, both within Snapchat and across partner organizations, with minimal guidance.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong understanding of the digital marketing industry dynamics, especially SMB product segments in scaling and growing new ad formats.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail.Strong public speaking skills and comfortable presenting to groups.Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree (in marketing, business, or economics) or equivalent years of experience.10+ years of experience in product marketing, account management, Sales, internet technology or other relevant digital marketing work.Preferred Qualifications:

Solid track record in launching products & driving global adoption.At ease with data analytics tools, such as Looker & Excel, and working with Data Science or Data Engineering teams.Advanced Degree (e.g., MBA).Advertising experience at digital ads platform, media agency, or in-house with advertiser.Compensation: In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) : The base salary range for this position is $265,000 - $385,000 annually.Zone B : The base salary range for this position is $252,000 - $366,000 annually.Zone C : The base salary range for this position is $225,000 - $327,000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.Default Together Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration.
