Project Designer
to work with others in our firm to create projects from Conceptual Design through completion of Construction. In this role, you will be coordinating teams of Engineers and working with Contractors building the projects, which range from small to large-scale projects, on a daily basis. This position balances active Architectural duties and provides opportunities to advance your career into a Project Management position. The flexibility of a small firm allows your abilities and drive to learn to set the speed of advancement in your career, not just length of experience.We are searching for candidates that have 5+ years of experience in the following:Design and drafting of Construction Documents through the use of RevitConsulting with ClientsCoordination with ContractorsConstruction Administration including Jobsite MeetingsPreparation of Entitlement through Construction Documents, Specifications and SubmittalsA small office likes ours not only provides multiple avenues for people to discover their strengths, and work on their weaknesses, but having fewer employees provides us the opportunity to give back to our employees in unique ways. For example, our Holiday office party this past year was two days at a resort in Cabo San Lucas.
