We are looking for an experienced Director of Creative Strategy to inspire and plan creator-first strategies for new business pitches and special projects across industry verticals.Reporting directly to the VP, Creative Strategy for North America, you'll play a creative & strategic leadership role, consistently pushing creative boundaries for our clients and staying ahead in the continuously evolving landscape of social media, creative advertising, and effectiveness in the creator economy.Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

Develop creative, culturally relevant, and insight-driven pitch decks for creator-first strategy that are rooted in storytellingOwn and manage timelines for you and your creative, cultural, and creator strategy teamSupport the VP of Creative Strategy in high-level senior-client presentations/projectsInput into evolving, elevating, and packaging our ownable creative strategy capabilitiesTake the lead in developing internal presentations, and client facing POV/ strategic foundations for workshopsLead and create compelling, creator-led creative and social strategies rooted in actionable insightsProvide creative and strategic guidance to key accounts, collaborating closely with the VP of Creative Strategy to identify creative strategy upsell opportunities and enhance existing relationshipsUnpack client briefs, identifying the exact strategic outcome and what is required to achieve itIdentify and develop community and creator strategy in collaboration with Research & Insight, Client ServicesLead productive and inspiring brainstorms and ideation sessions both internally and externallyUse measured campaign outcomes to continually inform and refine future strategies and ideasStay abreast of emerging social media trends, technologies, and platforms, integrating them strategically into projects and proactive thought leadershipCollaborate cross-functionally with teams like Paid Media, Measurement & Analytics, Creator Partnerships, and Client Services to develop comprehensive client solutions and ensure our creative strategic visions come to life throughout the execution processHere’s what we’re looking for:

Must have direct experience developing creator campaigns/in the creator economyMinimum of 9 years experience in creative, social media, and content strategy, with 3+ years of experience in a senior role directly leading a teamFluency in social media platforms and their unique dynamics, including extensive knowledge of user behaviors and platform best practicesMeticulous, culturally rooted creative thinker and practitioner with an eye for upcoming trendsDetail oriented and strong project management skillsStrong analytical skills; comfortable transforming sets of data into actionable insightsPassion and experience in the creator economy and ecosystem and its evolving landscapeExperienced at pitching, and confident when presenting to clients and team membersYou thrive in an environment where collaboration, flexibility and scrappiness are valuedThe salary range for this role is $125,000 - $160,000 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and ultimately budget approvals.Our values:
