What does a typical day for Senior Marketing Analyst look like?Marketing Analyst works with various teams, such as graphics and digital marketing, for content creation as well as subject matter experts to ensure appeal for niche audiences. This requires serving as primary point-of-contact between the marketing team and internal stakeholders. The Senior Marketing Analyst can expect:

Developing processes

with standard operating procedures, guidelines, and objectiveswhile aligning with company strategies and branding. This includes serving as a brand ambassadorthrough coordination and participation of in-person and virtual events, calls, and meetings to promote further relationship-building and networking with clients or potential clientsfor NHK and CMB.Identifying

marketingopportunities for growth while also applying advanced marketing knowledge to develop, propose, implement, and/or lead innovative strategies to expand reach and improve quality engagement with measurable outcomes.Creating

, planning, executing, and managingvarious external marketing materials (i.e., investment postcards, brochures, flyers, PowerPoint presentations) to enhance client experience and brand strategy, and produces such materials in-house.

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required;Five (5) years’ previous relevant work experience required;Professional project, writing sample, or portfolio required;Proven work experience proficiently using Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required;Proven work experience proficiently using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop preferred;Experience using social media outlets such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and the like, preferred;Experience using marking automation and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and Constant Contact preferred;Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally up to 20% including overnights and weekends to attend training, meetings, and/or other work-related events; andDesire to work for a growing, global organization with a “promote from within” culture!

Physical Requirements:

Constant sedentary work for prolonged periods up to 100% of the time with routinely moving and transporting up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds. Must be able to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally, using various modes of transportation including airplane. Must be able to detect, identify, inspect, observe, perceive and assess marketing operations. Must be able to constantly communicate and exchange accurate information.
