Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job Description The U.S. Client Marketing team, part of the North America Marketing organization, is transforming how we partner with clients to become the marketing partner of choice with our clients who include financial institutions, fintechs, merchants, and processors. The team continues to experience exceptional growth and to support this growth, has recently introduced a new working model resulting in the creation of the Marketing Services Delivery team. This team is responsible for leading the implementation and execution of marketing engagements on behalf of clients.The Director of Marketing Services Delivery is equal parts strategy and execution. This individual will help shape our approach to getting work done, identifying continuous opportunities to create a working model that can adapt and scale with a high-growth business. On the execution front, this individual will actively lead client engagements and lead a team responsible for delivering engagements on behalf of clients.This role reports to the Senior Director, Marketing Services Delivery, and will be a key contributor to the evolution of the working model and team of Delivery Leads.Essential Functions

Collaborate with team leader to understand business strategy and translate into recommendations designed to scale working model across the Marketing Services business.Collaborate with Marketing Services Business Development, Marketing Services Delivery, and cross-functional business partners to identify and implement working model optimizations.Champion process improvements designed to streamline working model, accelerate Marketing Services Delivery speed to market while executing seamlessly.Evaluate current Marketing Services Delivery work being outsourced; present recommendations and roadmap for migrating in-house, reducing third-party costs and reliance on external suppliers.Lead cross-functional team of stakeholders with responsibility to improve the client experience and reduce Marketing Services cost to deliver.Build and nurture team expertise across Marketing Services pillars - e.g., research & insights, marketing strategy, campaign development, campaign delivery & optimization, and campaign measurement.Identify and develop scalable delivery frameworks to improve speed to market, ensure work product is consistent, delivered efficiently, and executed flawlessly.Provide marketing thought leadership and expert project management skills to develop and implement marketing programs on behalf of clients - e.g., research & insights, marketing strategy, campaign development, campaign delivery & optimization, and campaign measurement.Establish a collaborative feedback loop with Marketing Services Business Development and other key delivery stakeholders, champion continuous improvement of new operating model.Serve as Marketing Services Delivery escalation point of contact and own resolution of delivery issues for stakeholders.Prioritize and monitor the work of Delivery Leads responsible for implementing marketing programs, ensuring they meet client needs and execute within budget and on time.Nurture, grow and deepen client relationships; establish US Client Marketing as preferred marketing partner of choice among our clients.Lead and/or participate in Marketing Services Delivery business updates/reviews.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications

A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.* 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications* 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD.* Significant experience in marketing in financial services or payments space including financial services, fintechs, processors, or merchants.* Successful in operating in fast-paced, highly matrixed organizations.* Authority in multiple marketing disciplines - e.g., brand, direct, research, content, social, influencer, sponsorship, events, product.* Deep payments knowledge and understanding of market dynamics in the areas of consumer, small business, commercial, prepaid, debit, credit.* Accomplished at building trusted relationships with cross-functional team members, key stakeholders, business leaders, and clients.* Ability to structure, manage and coordinate complex projects across multiple internal/external stakeholders.* Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence in a highly matrixed organization.* Organized, with a natural inclination for both strategic and tactical deliverables.* Demonstrated experience leading through organizational change including working model design, resource planning, roadmap development, and business case analysis.* Aptitude to think creatively, identifying new and innovative ways of organizing resources and prioritizing work leading to tangible business results.* Work with limited direction, usually within a complex and ambiguous environment to drive fact-based recommendations, solutions, and decisions.* Leadership experience working in agency and/or consulting roles involving the development and delivery of comprehensive, multi-channel marketing programs.* Strong executive presence; excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience engaging with Executive and C-level suite audiences.* Expert on all Microsoft products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Additional Information

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
