The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading the Optical Sales department across our three Optical Centers. This role requires an aggressive sales approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the Optical Sales department, setting clear sales targets and objectives.Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all Optical Centers.Team Development: Mentor and develop the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales goals.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales staff.Address HR-related issues within the sales team, including conflict resolution and performance management.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support sales team objectives.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment to boost team morale and productivity.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of sales management experience, preferably in medical equipment or a related industry.Certifications: Sales or management-related certifications are preferred.Skills:Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.Strong leadership and team development skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.Proficient in sales reporting and data analysis.Customer-focused with a strong commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
