Job Description This is a remote position.We are looking for a Local SEO Citation Specialist who is self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to make a difference for our clients. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience making manual directory submissions. This role provides an excellent opportunity to take your SEO career to the next level. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced work environment, think outside the box, and be agile.
Job Responsibilities:
Implement white hat Local SEO strategies to improve Google search performance.Build Local SEO strategies through structured and unstructured citations, including directories, rich media citations (photo and video), social citations, etc.Perform directory submissions manually and through the use of local citation platforms like BrightLocal and Yext.Do citation audits and citation cleanups.Ensure that NAP+W is correct and consistent.Create and optimize local business listings, Google My Business (GMB) profiles, and social media accounts.Create and optimize geo network.Perform social bookmarking.Create client metrics reports and file them appropriately.Requirements
Must have a minimum of three years of solid SEO work experience specializing in Local SEO citation building.The most recent work employment must be SEO-related.Must be immediately available to join our team.Knowledge of BrightLocal, Yext, and other local citation platforms is a MUST.Knowledge of GMB profile optimization is a MUST.Previous experience doing social bookmarking is highly preferred.Advanced knowledge of SEO practices (on-page, off-page, technical) is highly preferred.Experience in both search engine marketing (SEM) and social fortress optimization is a plus.Knowledge of domain authority stacking is a plus.Exceptional attention to details.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.A previous leadership role is preferred but not required.Must be amenable to work on flexible work schedules (EST and MST time zones).System Requirements
Must have a laptop/personal computer.Minimum of 20 MBPS internet connection.A conducive environment for a remote work setup.Required to Answer
